Alona is passionate about helping clients choose the right foods and make the eating experience fun and simple, allowing clients “to eat to live and not live to eat.” She provides meal plans, uniquely tailored for each individual client, including simple, easy-to-prepare recipes. Alona also takes clients on private, “Super Market Tours,” helping them sort through the commercialized confusion of products and select the most nutritious foods catered to their specific health goals.

Alona also has been a Bariatric dietitian for over eight years and specializes in Bariatirc surgery for those interested in weight loss surgery.
