Lentil Soup

Ingredients:
● 1 bag of sprouted lentils (or ~16 oz of any lentils)
● 1 small onion finely chopped
● 2 carrots chopped
● 2 celery sticks chopped
● 1 can diced roasted tomatoes (15 oz) or 24 oz of pasta sauce (Whole Foods brand 365
Fat Free Marina)
● 2-4 zucchini’s chopped
● 2 cups frozen or fresh green beans
● ~5 cups water
● 1 teaspoon garlic powder
● black pepper for flavor
● 1 tsp smoked paprika
● 1 tsp thyme


Instructions:
● Place everything in the Instant pot. Stir to combine all the ingredients.
● Add the lid and set the valve to the sealing position on the lid.
● Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
● When it is finished allow it to naturally release for 10 minutes. Then move the valve on
the lid from the sealing position to the venting position to finish releasing all the pressure
from the Instant Pot.
● Remove the lid, stir and let cool.
