Chili Lentil Soup
Ingredients:
● 1 large onion, diced
● 1 can black beans, or 1 1/2 cups cooked (from 8 oz of dry black beans to make 1.5
cups)
● 1 cup dry lentils
● 3 to 4- cup water depending on desired thickness
● 1 jar pasta sauce (Whole Foods brand 365 fat free marina)
● 2 tbsp chili powder
● 1 tbsp cumin
● 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
● 1 tsp oregano powder or Italian seasoning
● 3-4 chopped zucchini
● 1 tsp smoke paprika
Instructions:
● Add the ingredients to the bowl of the Instant Pot.
● Place the lid on and set to “Sealing.”
● Using the “Manual” button, cook the chili on high pressure for 12 minutes, followed by
a quick release.
