Sun Dried Tomato Basil Hummus
Ingredients

1 can (15 oz) garbanzo beans WITH the liquid (or any beans of choice) -Optional to drain the beans and rinse, but reserve â…“ cup of bean liquid to use as aquafaba

¼ cup oil free sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

3 Tbsp lemon juice

2 Tbsp Tahini
-
2 garlic clove, minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)

2 teaspoon dried basil

â…› teaspoon salt (optional) or add more for your taste preference
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
Store in the refrigerator for 5 days or freeze for 3 months.
